Steve also serves as a Director of the British Association of Chemical Specialties (BACS) and as Vice Chair of the Biocides and Biosciences group within BACS. Steve holds Master’s and Honours degrees in chemistry related disciplines.

In 2023, Vaidas decreased costs of transport and logistics by 4% and continues to decrease this further.
