Mirius Supports the Ukrainian Refugee Crisis with Practical Help.

Mirius responded quickly to the refugee crisis in Ukraine that has emerged over recent weeks. Moved by the unhappy plight of Ukrainians forced from their home towns, Mirius have shown tremendous care and concern for these people by collecting provisions and supplies that will make the lives of the refugees just a little easier. Our support initiative, headed up by Anna Madra, our Quality Manager, began by reaching out to Mirius staff and partner companies for donations of everyday products that the refugees would be in need of as they cross borders into neighbouring countries. Due to the generosity and support of its staff, Mirius quickly accumulated enough to fill an articulated lorry and then arranged for the lorry to make its way to Leżajsk in Poland. The supplies were destined for the respected Carites charity based in Poland, who are responsible for the distribution to needy people displaced by the conflict.
